1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pharma India CRM mobile application and web portal (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The Platform is strictly restricted to active, authorized employees of Pharma India.

2. Purpose and Usage

The Platform is a proprietary Field Force Management System designed to track attendance, GPS locations, Daily Call Reports (DCR), and sales performance of Pharma India employees. It is not for public use. You agree to use the Platform solely for official company business.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with any third party, including other employees.
• The system employs Device Tracking. Logging in from unauthorized devices may result in account suspension.
• You must immediately notify administration of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. GPS & Mock Location Policies

You agree to grant continuous GPS permissions while on duty. The use of "Mock Location" apps, GPS spoofers, or any attempt to falsify your geographic coordinates is strictly prohibited and constitutes a severe breach of company policy. The Platform actively monitors for mock GPS flags and logs violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Pharma India and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Pharma India reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Termination of your employment with Pharma India.
• Falsification of DCRs, Sales Data, or Attendance.
• Use of mock GPS or attempts to circumvent tracking.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination, your "Read Access" to all historical data will be immediately revoked, and your account status will be set to 'Terminated'.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Pharma India makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Pharma India is not liable for any technical failures, data loss, or device battery drain resulting from the use of the mobile application.

8. Modifications to Terms

Pharma India reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. By using this Platform you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all conditions governing use of this Platform.
