Data Deletion & Retention Policy

As a proprietary enterprise application for Pharma India's Field Force, our data handling procedures differ from public consumer applications. Please read carefully to understand how your data is managed during and after your employment.

1. Post-Employment Data Handling

When an employee resigns or is terminated from Pharma India:

2. Right to Erasure Exemption

Because the Pharma India CRM operates in an employer-employee context to track paid business activities, data recorded within the application is considered the proprietary property of Pharma India. Consequently, requests for complete data erasure (Right to be Forgotten) for operational records (GPS, DCRs) are generally denied under standard corporate compliance exceptions.

3. Transfer of Assets

Upon termination, a user's associated field assets (Doctors, Chemists, DCR History) are typically transferred to a "Replacement Employee" by a Regional Sales Manager or Administrator to ensure uninterrupted business operations in that territory.

4. Voluntary Account Deletion

If you are a current employee who wishes to permanently sever access and delete personal attributes (such as profile photo, personal emergency contacts) from the active database, you may initiate an Account Deletion Request. Note that doing so is considered an act of resignation from your field duties.

To request deletion of your account and personal attributes, please visit the Account Deletion Request Page.
