Welcome to Pharma India CRM. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Pharma India ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from employees and authorized users ("User," "you") of the Pharma India CRM mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Platform").

This Platform is strictly for internal business use only by authorized personnel of Pharma India, including Medical Representatives (MR), Area Managers (AM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Managers, CEO, and Administrators.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our field force management services, we collect the following types of data:

• Personal Identification Information: Name, employee ID, role, mobile number, email address, blood group, emergency contacts, and profile photo.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, device identifiers (to detect new device logins and prevent unauthorized access).
• Operational Data: Daily Call Reports (DCR), sales targets, sales achievements, doctor and chemist lists, and attendance records.

2. Location & GPS Tracking Disclosure

Because Pharma India CRM is a field force management tool, Continuous GPS Tracking is a core feature.

• Background Location: We collect background location data to track your routes, verify attendance check-ins, calculate travel distance for petrol allowances, and detect mock/fake GPS activity.
• Active Tracking Window: Location data is strictly recorded only while you are actively checked-in to an attendance session (from "Start Working" to "Final Checkout"). We do not track your location when you are checked out or marked absent/on leave.
• Consent: By using the App and checking in, you explicitly consent to this location tracking as a condition of your employment and field duties.

3. Internal Employee Monitoring

This Platform is an internal monitoring and reporting tool. Management personnel (including your direct reporting manager, RSM, Manager, CEO, and Admin) have visibility into your operational metrics, location history during working hours, DCR submissions, and sales performance based on our internal hierarchy logic.

4. Third-Party Services Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. However, we use the following strictly vetted third-party cloud infrastructure to operate the Platform:

• Supabase: For secure PostgreSQL database hosting and Row-Level Security (RLS) data isolation.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To deliver push notifications to your device.

5. Data Security

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Platform. All communications between the App and the server are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

6. Data Retention Policy

We retain your data for as long as you are an active employee of Pharma India. Certain operational records (like sales history, audit logs, and DCRs) are retained indefinitely for company auditing, compliance, and historical performance tracking even after your employment is terminated.

7. User Rights

Authorized users have the right to access and update their profile photo, address, and emergency contact details directly within the App. Core identification details (Name, Role, Reporting Manager) can only be altered by an Administrator. For account deletion or data portability requests, refer to our Data Deletion Policy.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Pharma India has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site and within the App.
