This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Pharma India ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from employees and authorized users ("User," "you") of the Pharma India CRM mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Platform").

This Platform is strictly for internal business use only by authorized personnel of Pharma India, including Medical Representatives (MR), Area Managers (AM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Managers, CEO, and Administrators.

This Platform is an internal monitoring and reporting tool. Management personnel (including your direct reporting manager, RSM, Manager, CEO, and Admin) have visibility into your operational metrics, location history during working hours, DCR submissions, and sales performance based on our internal hierarchy logic.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. However, we use the following strictly vetted third-party cloud infrastructure to operate the Platform:

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Platform. All communications between the App and the server are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We retain your data for as long as you are an active employee of Pharma India. Certain operational records (like sales history, audit logs, and DCRs) are retained indefinitely for company auditing, compliance, and historical performance tracking even after your employment is terminated.

Authorized users have the right to access and update their profile photo, address, and emergency contact details directly within the App. Core identification details (Name, Role, Reporting Manager) can only be altered by an Administrator. For account deletion or data portability requests, refer to our Data Deletion Policy.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Pharma India has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site and within the App.
